The Worker Care audit and certification provides an unbiased, third-party audit to ensure employees are legally hired, fairly compensated and treated, have a safe working environment and are offered appropriate training.
Our commitment to people extends to our communities.
We purchase organic feed from more than 100 independent organic farmers near our dairy farms, contributing to vital local economies. Each year on average, we provide more than $500,000 in cash and in-kind donations to local hunger relief and community organizations.
