Our original dairy farm and milk plant.

Our Platteville Dairy Farm was converted in the 1970s from a feed lot to a dairy. In the early 1990s we dedicated a pen to organic milk production for the emerging organic brands, and in 2003 our Platteville farm was transitioned to be 100% organic. Our on-farm milk plant was built in 2004.

Our headquarters has been in Boulder since 1984. Today, our offices are in the heart of downtown, overlooking the beautiful Flatirons mountain range.

We built our Coldwater East and West Dairy Farms in 2007. They feature free stall barns and open, loose housing to allow our cows to roam throughout the year and have access to fresh air and sunshine.
