Certifications...

All of our farms and our processing plant are certified organic by USDA National Organic Program accredited certifiers. The Colorado Department of Agriculture is the organic certifier for our Colorado farms. Quality Assurance International certifies our Texas farms and the milk processing plant.

The organic certification process includes the development of comprehensive organic system plans that are reviewed and approved by our certifying agents, who regularly audit and inspect our facilities in accordance with the organic regulations.

The independent farmers and growers we work with have valid organic certifications in accordance with USDA National Organic Program requirements. To learn more about the USDA National Organic Program, click here.

Our products are Kosher certified by the Orthodox Union and our facilities are certified by Validus, an independent animal welfare specialist that certifies humane animal treatment. We also work with other third-party certification programs to monitor our plant processing quality.

We believe that independent audits of these important aspects of our business provide us with confirmation and a safety check that we are working towards meeting our rigorous standards.
